Caller rang me and clearly it is from a call centre as lots of people talking in the background about mobile phones. Caller did not speak and hung up the phone. I rang the number back which is supposedly on the Sheffield UK exchange but there was a one sentence message which said you have been called by carphonewarehouse . A few minutes later the same caller ID appeared on my phone and when I answered it it was a female calling from carphonewarehouse in SOUTH AFRICA!!

I asked this chap which bank may owe me this money, he said it could be from one of several banks which I have accounts with, which he just named several banks off a list. She said ‘Oh, that would be one of my colleagues – you are MY NAME right?’ Her accent was Indian with an America tone so I said I think you have the wrong number.
