They called a few times and hung up when I answered. Then they called again saying that they needed my expiry date on my credit card. I wasted their time until they hung up.

Concerned about this number but this positive (or mitigating) experience to mention. 02036973209 had called me and I either did not answer or hung up on unwanted call. Then I Mistakenly used the no. for texts to my singing tutor (who had also first rung at same sort of time). I have had NO PROBLEMS with the caller on 02036973209. Did not text back and have not been ringing again.

Don t know how they got my cell number. I don t know anyone/company in Birmingham. Just another scam merchant. I blocked their call and didn t give them the chance to say anything.

We received a silent call from them which locked our line for a few minutes even when we put the phone down and pick it up again. We dialed 1471 and got the above number which I called on my mobile but withheld our number and they identified themselves as the above company, as soon as we got the name, we hang up. Called our TPS registered line. Burst of noise/music after we picked up, followed by silence then " Ello! Ow are yew?" from a caller who then immediately asked to speak to "The owner". Identified himself as "Zane" from "XLM" when asked, and then immediately launched into a scripted sales pitch. Told him to f***-off, and hung up while he was still yapping.

I only answered this as it was a local number. Obviously a way of getting calls answered. Woman was not local and asking about hearing damage! Another one to block!

This call said it was from BT concerning my router but they could hardly speak English so I hung up and blocked the number
