SCAM call. Called twice two days in a row. First saying calling from BT and when I said why I’m not with BT she hung up. Called back again this time saying from virgin media woman was talking through voice translation software. Same number came up. When confronted with this she hung up again.

SCAM press 1 to stop visa transactions, realised it was a scam but pressed 1 anyway! They had my name and tried to convince me the were real! When I said I will report the number he told me he would put me behind bars?? Then put phone down??
Who is this please? Rang back but acts like invalid number??
Seemingly friendly man called from "crime prevention services", saying that rogue traders had been a problem in the area. Apparently they have some sort of booklet where they name and shame rogue traders, but of course they also advertise genuine businesses. I told them I wasn t interested since I ve never seen any such magazine and couldn t see the value. Suspect it s a scam.
