Silent call. tried calling back but automated "system is busy" message. probably a scam
I was receiving a lot of harassment calls from the number 01789550186. I blocked the number and have now started receiving harassment calls from 0178955600. Phone rings, when you answer hangs up straight away. When you call back it says number not in use.
I recieve a call from that number asking me about my bank account

People who leave no message m just be deemed both rude and harassing thus DANGEROUS
Calling 4/5 times a day. We refuse to answer and identify from caller id. This equates to being harassed.

when answered there was silence . i said " all calls to this number are monitored by ofcom " they hung up .

Phoned me on 24th January 2017, the day after my previous scam call from another number. Rang at 9-08am. Woman caller claimed to be from my ISP regarding a problem with my route...

Same experience as other reports: Caller claims to be able to give £2000 grant for recycling windows and asks how many windows would be available for recycling. Couldn t answer my question as to who funds the grant.
SCAM Claiming to be in Reading calling from Windows Technical centre. I told him we didn’t use Windows and he then said the licence registered to our address which he quoted would be cancelled. Then he put the phone down!
