SCAM!!! Defrauded a 70 year old and emptied bank account!! And applied for loans. Fraudently claimed they were from Sky and there was a problem with their router, as elderly relative had been having issues and despite relative being warned about talking to these calls, they got into their head and managed to access laptop and mobile phone. Distraction techniques include telling them they will receive £200 and a new router installed next day, giving them false name of engineer & job ref! SCUM! THIE

Called to say from MBNA and that there was a problem with the account. Indian (asian) voice. Wife was very rude to him. The number that came up was the same as the MBNA help line number with extra 2 added at the end. Called MBNA - very helpful - no they had not contacted us. MBNA say they always text before ringing and only speak to main account holder.
Fraud - Indian call centre cold calling they didn’t have my name but claiming to be from Carphonewarehouse trying to send me a free iPhone 12 cheap contract but wanted my bank details to do a credit check. I hung up
Call centre that call on behalf of Utilita Energy. They ask you if you want switch to Utilita and save a lot of money. I said that I m not interested in change my electricity supplier and they said goodbye.

Fraud - aggressive and rude
Straight up scam telemarketing--something strange as even if you were interested in their "boiler sales"--there is no way to talk with anyone-best not pick up the phone at all, unless you are sure of the caller--let it go to voicemail
