I have no idea who They are I just wish they would stop phoning me
Internet SCAM. purporting to be from BT Openreach wanting to help me to speed up broadband connection time. Didn't know my name nor that I don't have openreach service.

when I answered there was a man talking in the background, when I asked who was calling I got no response and then they hung up. When I tried calling them back, there was no dial tone the line was silent.

Tried to get me interested in a trip to Florida and when I suggested that he would want my bank details he denied it and made out it would not cost me anything. He did not seem to be happy when I said I had know interest and he was wasting time and money calling. He kept asking why I would not want to go so I hung up on him and blocked the number.
Fraud Automated message saying "Criminal case" against me. Well dodgy!
Silent call -- called me not long after 11 am, calling didn't say anything much apart from hello a couple of times even with me saying hello first. Either the call didn't connect propperly or they're probing numbers that are still in service. One call database says it could be a broadband scam or some other scam being used and is based in London
