I received a call saying that I owed money relating to taxes between 2012-2017 and that I should instruct a lawyer asap. They said they had called twice (6 weeks ago) and I had not returned their calls. They said that I owed ?3783 and gave me a reference number starting with 00/259. They said that a warrant for my arrest would be processed within 2 hours if I failed to pay back the money and that, if I lost my case in court, I would be fined 25k. SCAM - UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Scam phonecall from "DHL" in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese. SCAM Rang saying his name was David, ringing about my Sky maintenance renewal expiring. Clearly a scam as I've never been with Sky, told him so and that not interested and cut the call.
