Filled in a form on line for number of nuisance calls I received they replied said they would ring and number would begin 02921 so I new I could answer it. They advised me I was on numerous cold call lists I new this ad I get dozens of calls per day. Asked foir a fee of ?49.99 to remove me from all of these lists. I do hope I have not been conned ad I m a pensioner and cannot afford to be loosing this sort of money.

SCAM - very unpleasant call. Recorded message on voicemail (electronic voice) said if I didnt answer I would be arrested immediately. So far no arrest, so looks like I havent woken up in a dystopian nightmare where the police issues threatening electronic messages for 'criminals' afterall. Could be very frightening for some.

Scam. Automated message stating that £600 had been taken from a Visa or Mastercard in the last 15 minutes. Press 1 to continue. Pressed 1 to get another automated message to be told I was being transferred. Transferred through to what was obviously a call centre. I only did it out of curiosity as I knew it was a scam. I tell him not to call me and that I m hanging up. He then calls me back 7x in a row. And then from two other numbers. Harassment!!
Rang 4 times then stopped befre I got to answer.No idea who it could be tbh.
Claiming to be from my Internet service provider but could not give me any information to demonstrate that this was genuinely the case - didn't know my name and when challenged could not prove who they were calling from. Told me there had been issues with Internet connection in my area in the last few weeks and when I said mine has been fine they then changed tack and said they were calling to protect me from hackers. I cut them off and suggested my ISP contacts me over email if there's a genuine problem.

SCAM Pretty sure this is a scam. Text received supposedly from Evri - missed delivery, but following link to redeliver, the site requested card information and redelivery fee. On Evri website, Evri state that if you have missed a parcel, you don't need to do anything as a redelivery will be attempted next day. Scam. Beware. No-one contacting you should be asking for card details.

To which I told him that I don't have any debt and it sounds like b*llsh*t to me. "so you have just wasted my time." was his comment and he hung up on me.
