Household appliance insurance. Said mine was being changed to cheaper company and then started to ask my bank details. Knew my name and address. SCAM phone saying there is a warrant out for your arrest, tax evasion etc. googled while they put me through to hold music and apparently this is a very common scam, so i hung up. i assume they would have asked for my details and money

Text Message; claiming I was due a Tax refund and to download a form via a link on said text message. Three suspicious things here 1, it came via text 2, it was a mobile phone number and 3, the Tax office have not got my mobile number.

this number is local to me but seems not to be located here. Liverpool accent but National Hearing Clinic does not exist, it seems. Similar claims supposedly based on my industrial history have been used by pseudo-companies in recent years, shown by Google search

This number was supposed to be a dedicated customer service text service for Flawless Cosmetics. I made an order on 9th Feb 2022,paid by credit card and a couple of days later I received an email to say the order was on its way. Its 4th March and still no product. I texted the number to ask where my order was. The reply was "Arriving soon". I asked "when". No response. i left it a couple of days and asked again. The reply was "soon". Im still waiting. Ha
