This number is a scammer...the code is for Leicester ..I rang the number back and the ring tone is not a U.K. tone. ..my call rang until it dropped, no one answered. Obviously a company from overseas fronting their call with a false U.K. phone number..Beware..!

I don't want to call and identify myself as I don't know the number.
This number calls me every day at varying times. I haven't picked up the phone so I am not sure if they are possibly dangerous or not, but it is definitely annoying. Hope this helped. :)
