Pre recorded voice saying there was a warrant out for my arrest and I would be arrested within the hour. I put the phone down

They phoned me to say they were Microsoft Specials. Told me my PC had a fault - possibly Virus Infected - and first tried to access my PC via Teamviewer. This did not work so i was told to visit www.ammyy.com. Here they did gain access and I sat back to watch the mouse pointer open and close multiple files etc. Much file info was Transfered and after sometime they phoned again to ask if the PC now worked faster,,,,Answer was, "NO". It was then gave me their requested phone number and in turn asked fo
Caller asked for Mrs Mitchell, not my name, and then hung up when I said I was not her.

Was told the caller was a surveyor and that he was checking about our loft insulation. He seemed to have had access to the time we had it done and also our address. He asked when it was done and was it part of the Government scheme as there was a problem with fibreglass. The line then went dead, but the call was still active as I could see the raised phone sign on my handset Very strange and also very worrying! Didn t give any further info info and hung up as soon as I realised.
NS&I anti-fraud call to confirm a recent transaction on account. However, as with any inbound call, take a name and extension - then call back on the main telephone number on the NS&I website itself (don t dial the number that dialled you!). Be smart and secure online folks.

Have had this number call before. This time it hung up without speaking. Fancy its a group call and picks up on the first to answer. I now wait before I pick up. Saves the agro.
TAXES / Hmrc tax fraud scam, automated voice telling you a tax fraud case has been registered under "your name"
They called at 12.27pm 09/02/17 and obviously wasn t prepared for the autodialler as all I could here was background coversation where one guy was gobbing off about no I m not an Indian. Do I sound like an Indian? or something like that. Didn t sound good, I ve blocked them now.
