2k secured funding for homeowners I my area to replace Windows and doors as part of an energy recycling scheme. Was unable to tell me who was providing this money, no details at all to give me and didn t know name of company as she had only just started there. Do not answer.

Called and was silent for about 20 seconds... stated that it was Aqua pro Guidance and hung up after I wasn t responding.
Utilities provider. Claimed a colleague had spoken to me previously (a complete lie) and it wasn't a cold call (lie again).
No idea who this is they've rung 3 times today!!!
