Spoke russian, seemed like from some kind of company. I dropped the call immediately.
Received 2 calls on 29th April from 01218550091 Allegedly from Amazon stating that £79.99 would be taken from my account as normal then asking me to press 1 ... I am not an Amazon customer so do not have an account with them
Asked if I wanted help with my pension, did not ask my name. I asked what company she represented , dodged the question. I asked again, still same response. I then said ‘they were scammers’, she replied they were genuine. I again asked who were they, she said she could not give that info as it would breach data protection laws. Hahaha. I said in that case you won’t be offended if I said ‘I bet she was getting a sexual kick out of making these calls’ and was getting ‘wet’. She hung up.
