SCAM received a txt message saying this was the post office, who attempted to deliver a parcel, providing name and link to contact them back. I investigated the number- registered only 2 month ago in another UK city, web site identified this number as belonging to the Russian Federation.

Fraud A banking scam - purporting to be TSB and checking fraudulent transactions. Almost convinced us to give standing orders and direct debit details, and had confirmed a couple of transaction. I was unable to answer the call from this number because my screen was playing up. It did not light up in any way so I couldn't see how to answer or anything. A few minutes later I needed to make a call so I spent some time getting the screen to light up in order to dial out. Surprisingly this number was still calling me.
