Unsolicited call. The caller claimed to be my policy advisor. I asked what company and what policy. All I got in response was "i'm your policy advisor". I hung up. 15 second call. Definite scam. They call and ask you for a one time payment to support a magazine to go into schools regarding bullying. ONCE. ONE TIME ONLY. You do not sign a contract, you do not enter into an agreement. They then persistently call you and ask you for more money as apparently you have entered into a contract.
