I should have known this was not legit by the fact the line was quiet for approx 30 seconds, but with the code being local... The guy told me their records showed I was the owner of the property and I might be eligible for a grant for insulation. As soon as I said I don t know where you people get your info and you will remove me from your records, I got a high pitched yelling over the line then the phone was put down! Not satisfied with annoying calls, they try to deafen you as well!
