I cancelled my Postcode Lottery subscription after a few months of playing - tried to get myself off their mailing list by pretending that I had a gambling addiction. Kind of makes it all the worse that they are still calling me trying to get me to play again?
Have had a few calls over the last couple days from two phone numbers that are close to mine, haven’t picked up and no messages have been left. The other number was 07867 429499.

Holds illegally obtained database under the Data Protection Act. This company should be prosecuted.
SPAM
This number called today saying they were Open Reach and checking my internet. They were very pushy and insisted i opened my computer. I just put phone down.

Fraud They call to advise that an arrest warrant has been issued in "Your" name for tax evasion, and invite you to press "1" for further info. A person with a strong Indian accent answers and in short they invite you to settle out of court. I suspect that the caller is not UK based but is using some relay of sorts to make calls appear to be UK based. Once you have them on the line, it is up to you whether to simply insult them or string them along for as long

The phone is a scam, when dile back you are informed that you have incorrect number.

It's that awful dosshole of a school, Greenfield - Sunnydale Campus. Shildon, County Durham.
Called a few times before I answered. Energy company wanting to install smart meter. They emailed and I haven t replied yet so call is legitimate reason.
