Similar numbers 20794607xx are already reported here with Forex trading - probably this one is the same case, same call centre? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Wednesday, 02 January 2013, 13:41, 01 613 540 614. Recorded message, clear ?English? male voice, claiming we had submitted an accident claim. Very similar to a call received in December 2012; on that occasion, asked me to press various buttons depending on the nature of my alleged problem. This time I hung up to dial 1471 but the call was still running. Eventually able to get their number.
This is a scam that is trying to get your credit cars information.
Said they were Barclays but would t give any information until I gave my details to this random person at this random number. Ridiculous obviously declined and asked them to write instead they haven t, not suprised. Do not hand your details over the phone ask them to write to you and remove your contact number from their system.
