When I answered the call the said is tho mr .... When I said yes they hang up. Tried ringing back but going to answer machine saying no one is available on this extension

I had an outstanding energy bill for a property we sold two years ago. These people are very industrial and abrasive. Best to pay if you can and query later as charges mount up....
