This is westcot debt collector UK! But they can be sued! What you can do just record the time of conversation and then write them a letter to compasate your time and call bills1 some one did this and did work!!

Called the home phone and asked for me by name. When I asked who was calling he just said he was from a surveying company and could I confirm the address (which he gave). He hung up when I asked what it was about. Dodgy.
Its about being Higher Education graduate asking to take part in a survey
Call center I believe. No idea what she was saying and my voice echoed back louder than she was.

Called me and when I answered, sounded like they were fumbling with the handset and then hung up. Very odd.
Seems to be from Kinex, a company claiming to save business money on insurance and services charges. Website www.kinex.co.uk shows contact numbers: - 0161 465 6610 to 6613, 0161 871 1095 to 1097 and various others. See also 01473 232194
