Recorded message saying it was HMRC, and that a tax fraud was recorded under my name. Fraud/SCAM!

Long time Friend.
Called whilst I was having my legs bandaged. Asked a carer to answer the call. Caller was rude and the carer reported the incident and I got a call from her manager saying I made her answer the call and the carer was upset. They ve now stopped coming and I ve been in hospital as a result of these scam callers. Why doesn t the usless government do something about them!!!
