It s PetPlan, who are clearly the most unreliable and untrustworthy company to do business with. Aggressive telemarketing, with three to four calls a day. The only sensible thing to do is to block them from coming through.

Is supposedly from BT to do with slow Internet Speed or is it a scam?
calls every day at least once usually between 10.30 and 12.00. Never answered as I only answer callers I recognise. Looked it up and lots of people get the same no. calling. I have no contacts in Northern Ireland so assume it's a scam or telemarketing so will never answer it.

Pressed 1 to get another automated message to be told I was being transferred. Transferred through to what was obviously a call centre. I only did it out of curiosity as I knew it was a scam. Caller asked for me by name, saying he was from Forte Healthcare. I didn t confirm my name, but I did say that our number is ex directory and registered with the Telephone Preference Service, and that he shouldn t be calling. He said that our number would be removed from their lists. I terminated the call by stating that I would report it to the Information Commissioner. By other comments on various forums, definitely untrustworthy.

Honestly, GDPR was a waste of time, penalising honest businesses but scammers and thiefs are safe? Just don't pick up a number you don't know, why would your Insurance call you? They never do.
