The operator said he worked for UK Debt Solutions, it was a bit difficult to understand him because of his Indian like accent and I was right next to some factories thrumming away. He was polite, he said he was part of a government scheme to reduce debt.and my details were on some sort of database, which is entirely possible. spam call told me from housing and can fix anything in house for free. we are a dentist. told them registered to the ICO the man instantly apologised and hung up (we are actually registered to the ico) - they get scared as you can sue the company calling as we have not given permission for these calls
Scam alert. Claim to be from company called Fair trading. Say thrybhave good news with regards to refund owed for shares stuck in trading account. They seem to have your name from somewhere as use it at start. Looking to get your details and take your money.
Recorded call telling me that by Visa card has been used in gambling in the USA (I do not have a visa card) Sure that this is a scam.
