SCAM. Said they were calling from BT and would disconnect landline due to 'suspicious activity'.

This number has called several times, every time you answer, it only lasts 3 seconds with no dialogue the other end. Really annoying, waste of my time. These nuisance calls should be banned

I was called by these people and sold a policy to cover my Hotpoint appliances for 12 months. The person seamed to know about my Hotpoint purchases and gave the impression that hes was actually from Hotpoint. I took out the cover and cancelled an existing cover with Legal and General. When I wanted a repair doing and contacted Hotpoint they arranged the repair and then told me I had no cover in place and billed me.
