I ve recently had calls of this type daily around the same time and they re always from telemarketers or accident claims hawkers, so draw your own conclusions about this one. Ws called by someone with a Manchester accident telling me I was involved in an accident in Sept 2014 and the 3rd party had come forward claiming to still be experiencing discomfort from it. There was no accident, when I told him this and asked him what he was playing at he hung up. I have now blocked this number but from all these comments it appears they use several different types of numbers.
