Well I thought it was someone trying to get sexual with me until I put the number in here and seen,realised these ejits had text me twice of different numbers!!! The other text actually came up as CARS and was asking me to call them urgently!!! ,not after reading these comments!!

I donate to Anthony Nolan, but have suddenly started getting 3 calls a day from this number - I'm going to block it today.
Rang claiming to be the Consumer Advice line, and an abject lie obviously by the staff member. I had received a very large number of calls from this number over the previous weeks and months sometimes twice daily and already checked out who they were. I enjoyed swearing furiously at them.

This was a recoded voice and the script sounded very dubious. I was asked to call them back immedicately about something to do with excise and customs, and that it was very time sensitive. Definitely sounded like a scam. Needless to say, I did not call back.

Telemarketers, usual nonsense, I suggest you just cut the call if answered by mistake, block them on the mobile or landline handset if you are able, if you do talk to them then of course ask for your details to be removed etc... Do not behave like the quarter wit above, screaming and shouting at them, it just makes you look like a complete and utter fool and an idiot and in truth there is no reason to behave in such a way, it acheives nothing in terms of getting you out of their database. This company was originally using a landline number. They are now calling people from a bogus mobile number which shows up as 07463 804966. They are not legitimate and seeking additional info about you. When you call the mobile number back a recording says that the number is not recognised. Hang up or block them, but do not confirm your name or address as they ask you to do.
