Not sure tried to call it back and its saying they are but I did call the acutal British Passport office and they have told me that this number is FRAUD! so do not give any information of yours! to 02038597401 this is a fraudulent number. Yet another call asking to speak to person who deals with the energy broker for the charity. This is genuinely about the 18th call of this type in 24 hours from yet another company. Seriously annoying
