The caller said they have to inform me of £600 Fraud on my account and to select a button if it was me. It did not say who it was from or which bank it was from. I do not have a bank based in Burnley.

Keeps calling with saying they re from vanquis. The area code comes from middlesbrough but when questioned where they re based they say they re calling from places like Camden. Do not trust as they ask for your date of birth first and the number is not one that I have given out

They just hung up when I answered - yet another illegal cold-caller.
scam caller, same person called "alex" called twice now a week or so apart. First time claiming that they have installed loft insulation and they wanted to confirm that we were happy. They called again to offer "advice" on energy efficiency. Even though I said NO several times they continued reading from their script or it was a recorded message.
