Accident crap nuisance call

Last night I received a call from this number and a man asked to speak to my husband. When I asked what it was about he said he was from Chase Alexander. I asked for more details and he hung up This morning he phoned again and again said he was from Chase Alexander and wanted to speak to my husband. When I asked him what he was calling about he said it was in regard to an accident. I informed him my husband had not had an accident could he be more specific. He got annoyed and said he needed to speak to him

Was a call center with a whole host of background noise of other people talking on other phones. Said I couldn t hear what they were saying twice and then they just hung up.

We had exactly the same situation happen as described above, Sarah Parker was incredibly aggressive and rude to both myself and my Director on numerous occassions when we tried to question her over her fictional invoice, when i asked to speak to her manager she hung up on me. When I refused to tell the man if I was a home owner or a tenant, he asked me to stop wasting his time and tell me if I was F...ING interested. He then called me an F...ING W..RE and said that he would make sure I had 10 nuisance calls to replace this one I should have answered. Whe I said "I beg your pardon" he told me to stop begging like a F...ING dog and to answer his F...ING questions. Who can I report this to in a more official capacity ? 101 ?
