Had a phone call from a person who said I should be more professional when I answered the phone. Was very rude and would not say who he was or what it was in connection with.

Tom from KBS called to speak to director. Would not divulge what it was regarding as confidential but did say he had spoken before which was not the case. Call rejected so said would send an email.
