SCAM. Asked for me by name. Would not identify himself until I confirmed who I was. Challenged him and he hung up.

Missed call, no message left -suspect cold caller
Some guy called "Jake" he works as a TV salesman and is quite odd and likes to hang out in parks apparently. He talked about a friend called Morgan that he met in the park maybe they are partners? Anyways I would refrain from answering if you get a call from him.

This number sent a message via WHATSAPP with the one word message "Hi" There is no ID for the number. It is clearly attempting to elicit a response and is clearly at best annoying spam, and at worst a dangerous scammer.
