This number seems to be used by some call centre from Manchester - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients. A scam caller called Crypto-something-or-other. Offered me 50 dollars of Bitcoin in exchange for attending some seminar; no doubt the scam is that they try to sell you more junk cryptocurrency. Nobody really transfers Bitcoin in increments as low as $50 because the fees are so high. They knew my first name somehow and ignored the TPS Do Not Call list.
