Called today Asian sounding, alledgedly BT regarding internet speed. Only answered because its my local no. suspect a scam but not certain

SPAM SCAM Recorded message regarding cancellation of an Amazon Prime account (which I have never had). Almost certainly phishing for account details, hence blocked immediately.
Hospital appointment
Four more calls for this number with only noise in the background when checking answer phone. A pain in the rear!!
TAXES / HMRC Fake American voice saying I was called as haven’t paid my taxes . I hung up
SCAM Amazon renewal scam, press 1 to talk to manager and loose all your personal info. AVOID!
This number called my landline at 6:45am today, Saturday. I checked on here but there were no reviews. I called the number but it was not recognised and I can therefore only assume it's a scam.
