SCAM claiming to be a winning lottery call from the states! giving another number to call to claim

SCAM First I received a silent call from 028 8505 1239 (to verify a working number?) Then within 5 minutes, I started getting whatsapp messages from a very attractive female profile asking when I was going to visit her using the number 07727214429. Looks like a scam to me.

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud. Guy with foreign accent talking about having to change my meter!! Had an agressive tone when questioned about exactly who he represented. Beware, this is some kind of fraud or scam.

Person saying I had recently entered an online competition and had won a prize, I haven't entered anything.

This number claimed to be my bank informing me of activities which when i checked with my bank there were no such activities Bank fraud

Fraud this number has taken over my mobile and replaced my own number. I am going to Tesco today to check it out. Alerted that something was very wrong by data usage escalating without explanation from about 70mb a month to 2GB in 21 days. Also Tesco account app is missing. Very frightening

Automated voice Said transactions had been made from my bank account and to press 1 to authorise or 2 to speak to an advisor. Did neither I phoned my bank and no such transactions has been placed

SCAM men claim to be from "para mba" organisation but do not say from where hi have my data .I ask him simple but random question what they do but hi claim that "we cross wires" and hi add"good luck in your job search". My number is hiden from sharing unless I do so and still I get calls like this ...usualy leading to some India sudo services ....DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION TO THEM ..FACT THAT THEY HAVE YOUR NUMBER IS SUSPECIOUS ITSELF .CONTACT YOUR N

Said they were from EE, asked me to confirm I had a 2 year contract based on the last 4 digits of my phone number (I don't but said yes to spur him to his next talking point) then said I'd won 40% discount. Then tried to confirm my account details which is when I told him to die in a ditch and hung up

Received a call from this number, answered and received an automated message saying my Amazon account had 2 large orders using my card and they didn’t think it was me. It said press 1 for yes it was me and 2 for it wasn’t. I hung up an obvious scam call as how can they know who in the household picks up the call as there might be 5 of us with cards and Amazon accounts!

Scam caller, left a disturbing sigh on the phone message. People that use their phones for these things should be interviewed by the police and an address provided for the phone number where its registered to.
