Calling to offer better deal to try and stop me using PAC code. Significantly better offers than available online. Smooth process, no hard sell, scheduled a call back to allow me to research alternatives. Called back as agreed and set up the offers mentioned quickly and easily.

I told them I have doubt about the call because the girl got my union number wrong by 1 digit and I said I would call them in the office instead. They haven t called me since a week ago. Just had a call from this number saying he was a Bailiff coming round this afternoon to collect on a debt from an advertisement I placed for my business in January 2018. Very insistent but I ended up putting the phone down on him when he would not listen to me, and before he got to asking for any bank details. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN. I have now reported the call to my local County Court as advised by the www.gov.uk website.

It's a scam text number.
There is no point in reporting to the TPS or OFCOM these numbers that any scammer can buy. The telecoms company Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd That sold this number also supply a list of phone numbers to call. You are on that list if this number phoned you. Best is to get something like a Panasonic KX-TGJ420E. And leave a Google Maps review for the telecoms company.

Phoned to tell me my washing machine warranty has expired and they're sending me the new paperwork by Royal Mail. Read out to me my name and address and when I confirmed these was going to pass me to her "supervisor" to complete a form. Asked her to tell me what brand of washing machine I've actually got. Unsurprisingly she hung up. Don't know what the scam was going to be but clearly there is one
