SPAM - phoned claiming to be with Association of British Insurers regarding an accident I had then started asking for personal details. After hanging up I was called back 15+ times before blocking the number.

SCAM Indian call centre called claiming to be BT and said that my WiFi was being used illegally by other people without my knowledge. They even sent me texts and emails on legitimate BT numbers and email addresses. This is a very clever scam, do not fall for their scam, BT will never ask for access to your PC to 'prevent access to the WiFi' or for any other reason. Phoned to tell me my washing machine warranty has expired and they're sending me the new paperwork by Royal Mail. Read out to me my name and address and when I confirmed these was going to pass me to her "supervisor" to complete a form. Asked her to tell me what brand of washing machine I've actually got. Unsurprisingly she hung up. Don't know what the scam was going to be but clearly there is one

SCAM FRAUD. I got a call from a 07 mobile number prior to this call. Both of them is an automated message saying a letter from HRM Revenue was sent to you but was returned. Legal action will be taken against you, press 1 to bla bla bla. I didn’t even bother to listen to the rest because there is no reason for HRM Revenue to contact me. Was cold called from this number today - I think it was a scammer - pretending to be a senior network technician from BT wanting to ask me about "error messages from my internet wifi connection". From the questions I was asked, I think it likely they were about to try to get me to give them remote access to my computer. I told them not to phone me again and out the phone down.

Told me my BT direct debit was about to expire - I'm not with BT and don't have a direct debit. Put phone down when he wanted to confirm my name!

Automated (in chinese) call. Really annoying. Keeps calling me from multiple different numbers and each I block then comes in again. Always leaves voicemail which is non-understandable (for me) as in Chinese. Has come up sometimes on my phone tagged as a potential fraud

This number called on 04.08.21at 13.55. I did not answer. because it indicated that it was "Potential Fraud". I will report and block every of these calls.

SCAM Wankers who pretend to be from HMRC, telling you to press 1 to be connected and threatening that you will be arrested if you don't. The probability is that this is being initiated by morons with an overall IQ of zero. The grandkids have more imagination then these smack heads who are so stupid as to believe that anyone can be taken in by their SCAM. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM, HANG UP AND BLOCK THE NUMBER.

SCAM: The number 08000478737 is on a letter supposedly from Trading Standards saying a wine investment company I have shares with has gone bust. The letter comes with an Insolvency Service form to complete regarding my shares, and that i must complete it in order to get full value of my shares returned. I must telephone the number to give the answers. Except, the wine company hasn't gone bust & Trading Standards don't send out these kind of letters.
