scam number hung up when i questioned caller
asked 4 times to remove my number from their list and not to call again, fell on deaf ears until I just kept talking over him.

Sounds like the same as everyone else. Apparently, there s a warrant for our arrest. The start of the message was cut off so it s not clear what I m going to be arrested for, but considering the number he wants me to call isn t one from HMRC I doubt it s genuine.
Had a call from this number last week when a man said that records showed that I had taken finance and may be eligible for a refund. I told him no I wasn t and to take me off his list. Then lo and behold, they ring again today.
