Fraud - I was called off one number trying to get a security code that would reset my O2 account. when I refused to give the one time code to the lady she got aggressive. I said I would check with O2 customer service and if everything was ok would take up the offer. I was given this number as O2 customer services - IT IS NOT. I reported to O2 (202) and they confirmed that this was Fraud, and if I gave them the code they would have had access to my O2 account.
I entered my mobile phone number into one webpage and within a sec I get back a message from this number 08004080796 It has costed me 3 pounds for each message and I think I lost 9 pounds in total. I am really frustrated and I want to get my money back !!!!
