A foreign gentleman called me from this number asking if someone had reported an accident. I got into a bit of a panic thinking my husband had been in a car accident. Turned out he wanted to know if we d reported an accident in the last 3 year. When I told him I thought my husband had been injured and that it wasn t a very clever way to start a conversation he hung up

keeps calling saying they are calling from Microsoft or windows. asking to remotely access to correct problem. this is the first time the country code showed on caller id. (united kingdom)
This number called twice yesterday when I was out and again at 8.45 this morning. You can always tell it s an unwanted call when they call you Mr or Mrs and it s a non English accent.
They have rung me three times I just said I don t have a computer and hung up
SCAM Said they were BT, and our line was about to be cut off. So, not neutral folks, it's a scam. They can cut our BT landline if they want. We're in Hull on Kingston Telecom, so no BT landlines here. Their office location is said to be in London, on or close to Trafalgar Sq. ... so very close, the Met could pick them up. But somehow doubt that will happen.
