Phone rang but was a quiet call after a few seconds phone call ended

Have had 2 calls from this number today. It appears to be a scam call reference an Amazon account charge.

Just had a call from this number - when I answered someone said 'they've found my car' then hung up ??
Fraud SCAM I received a text from this number telling me to call another number because a apparently I have requested a card to go to someone else.
Fraude
SCAM Sounded like a recorded message. Which said £1,000.00 had been taken from my Visa Debit Account by an online gambling company in California. I put the phone down.
SPAM Message states going to be sued in court .. blocked !
