Theres one person sitting there and using a sound board to make it sound like he's in a company building.
Not carphone warehouse although said they were, actually a sister company who can do upgrades. However, gave me an awful deal. Do NOT upgrade through them, will give you better deal in store directly through carphone warehouse.
