Landline from London area, seems to be used for some general call centre, in this case reported with offers of gas and electrricity adjustments - there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Probably calling with different offers for different comapnies. I recommend to block the whole 2034764xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?

This is an insurance accident recovery company that uses a local number to dupe the user in to answering the phone. They call 5 times a day every day for the past 6 months.
