I think the best way to hit them where it hurts (if you have the time) is to keep the on the line as long as possible, keeping them thinking you are/might be interested, without giving out personal (or real) details. The joke about this Next Step Company is that they are the guys who sold the PPI in the first place. Check out Bright Finance. Loan sharks in a big way. The guys who ran it made shed loads from selling loans with PPi to those with bad credit. They same guys now run Next Step.
