I received a call from 020 300 45597 this afternoon and answered with my customary BT_Exchange_+_last_6_digits of my phone number. A young woman said "Am I speaking to Mrs Jones?". I said yes and she said "Hello, I m Portia. I m calling from the Telephone Protection Service", to which I replied "Right ...".
