To all the people fed up with these calls I suggest you invest in an answermachine with call screening and blocking! I bought the BT8500 and it s brilliant. All automated calls are blocked as the caller has to announce their name then press hash. The telephone doesn t even ring until that procedure has been carried out. The number above called me (a light flashes but does not ring) but didn t carry out the procedure hence NO RING. I have then blocked the number so if they try to ring again my machine will

I got the same message "you ve paid £12.00 for 3 Vids from FunPass" on my phone and stupidly called the Helpine which is the premium rate number above. After a ten minute argument, I realised that I d fallen into their trap and hung up. I would never have got caught this way with an email, but I get texts all the time and I just didn t think!!
