Called me today, knew my name and post code and asked me if my hot point washing was working. I knew he was scamming but he did have quite a lot of information - where do they get it all from? Not very happy, I received a similar call a month or so ago, so what comes next?
Sales call - SPAM SCAM This is either a scam or someone trying to sell something. When type the number in on google, it comes up with a man named Jake Stacey. Had this a few time - thought is was TRJ but must be SRJ asking if I was NAME press 1 if not press 2 then can you bring NAME to phone 1 yes 2 no then please ask NAME to call. When they called next I pressed 1 and got "you will be put through to next available operator - she asked was I NAME and I said "Actually I am not there is nobody of that name at this address" - she said she would take us off their list - whether that happens or not remains to be seen
