"Anne" rang from a noisy call centre asking to do a survey about whether I was satisfied with my pension. I asked her which one. She replied everyone gets a basic state pension and asked me if I had private ones. This clearly isn t something linked to any pension I may already have. Received a call in the afternoon, after answering it and saying hello the caller hung up. So I tried calling the number to see who this caller was and a operater responded that the number was dialed incorrectly. But I don t know how it could of been dialled incorrectly, because I didn t dial it as I just pressed the button on the phone to call the number back.

I had a call from this number re. the end of a mobile phone contract. It seemed very dodgy, but I checked with the mobile provider directly, and the people calling from this number are genuine partners. Badly handled in terms of the explanation and also seem to have access to very out of date data. So poor outsourcing exercise at best. Either way - these are genuine people linked to T-Mobile.
