They keep calling but cannot get through because my Call Guardian challenged them, but the number is on my Call list. Every day they call. Sometimes the number appears as 00144 1234919006, this is because they are altering their calling ID on a computer. I believe this is another Indan/Packi scam. Saying there are government grants to help energy usage. As soon as I tell them the property is council owned they hang up. But it doesn't stop them from ringing again and again to be told the same thing. 5 calls in 2 weeks, wish they got the hint.

These people are a sort of contractor working for Orange/EE. But Orange/EE do not or will not recognize them. Do not take up any offers recomend, you will have trouble. They are not Orange/EE. Just say no and hang up. The delay in replying to you is due to the computer dialing the number.
