Receiving 10+ calls per day. Majority of the time, it barely rings once and hangs up. Occasionally, they wait for the receptionist to answer, only to then hang up on her.

an unrecognised number purporting to be from Post Office informed me that I had a parcel with unpaid shipping fees. (hoping that I was correct in assuming that it was a con call)
Kelder Water Services seem to be using this number at the moment. They handle water for south wales - not sure if it s them or their representation. Quite fear-mongering staff. I would avoid them as much as possible.

Phoned me after applying for a loan, told me was successful just asked for the first payment in advance of £110 to confirm my bank account and who I was, paid it then asked for another £220 for tax, told them were to go, I kept phoning and got verbal abuse
