I answered a call about hygiene in an all inclusive holiday that I'd been on. I gave them the destination, my dob and email address as they already knew my name and number. They said I'd be entitled to £2000 compensation and to expect an email very soon. I gave no other information. They asked me to contact the travel agent to get a copy of the holiday booking reference for tax purposes. Obviously I've received no email.
